Journal

Notes from my desk. The situations I follow, what I give back, and what I learn along the way.

I write here for the families, companies and partners I work with, and for those I have not met yet. Names remain confidential. The way I work does not.

On my desk.

The situations I am working on now. Described in general terms, without names, as every mandate deserves.

Giving back.

What I do beyond my mandates. Quietly, with people who share the same values.

Service organisations, Milan

A free legal guidance desk for families.

A service project I devised to help people understand their rights before a problem turns into a lawsuit.

Charitable work

Reading support for children with dyslexia.

Tools and partnerships that bring free reading support into schools.

In every investment

Part of the value I create goes back to the community.

Each impact investment carries a social goal from day one, measured and reported. It is the rule I hold myself to.

The Madonnina on the highest spire of Milan Cathedral

Where I return.

Milan’s Duomo is my place of prayer. I return there to listen more than to speak.

Its builders laboured for centuries on something they would never see finished. That patience, and that faith in what comes after us, are the measure I try to bring to everything I do.

Writing, news and press.

If one of these situations sounds like yours, let’s talk.

A hotel under pressure, a family asset to protect, a site waiting for a future, a project that should give something back. I read every message personally. The first conversation is confidential and without obligation.
