I have worked in international finance since 1990. I began with legal studies and aerospace engineering, then built my career in private equity and real estate. I have advised private clients and institutions, and I have held roles in regulated investment funds and listed companies in Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
My work covers the whole life of a transaction: strategy, structuring, negotiation and the long-term relationships that follow. I have a specific track record in hotel special situations and in assets where history and value meet.
Today I lead Ronsisvalle & Partners, I invest in projects with a measurable social outcome, and I am co-founder of The Ronsisvalle Heritage, a London-based charitable organisation for education and young people.
I have been through difficult years and I have taken responsibility for them. From them I drew a method I apply to every decision: spread the risk, work within clear rules, choose the partners before the projects. That is what I bring to every table today.
