Umberto Ronsisvalle is an Italian entrepreneur, senior advisor and impact investor. For over thirty years he has worked in real estate and private capital across Europe. Through the Ronsisvalle & Partners brand he advises families, companies and investors in special situations, with a focus on hotels and historic assets. In London he founded The Ronsisvalle Heritage, a philanthropic initiative for the education of young people.

He works on special situations in real estate, with a focus on hotels and historic assets, and in private equity on heritage brands. As an impact investor he directs patient capital towards family homes, historic heritage, schools and urban regeneration. Where a transaction needs capital, it comes from authorised partners and regulated vehicles.

Since 1994. Over more than thirty years he has worked across Europe, mainly with regulated vehicles and supervised structures, with specific experience in hotel special situations.

Ronsisvalle & Partners is Umberto Ronsisvalle’s independent strategic advisory brand, based in Milan, with an international team of partners. It advises families, family offices, investors and institutions on hotels, sites to regenerate and education projects. It does not provide regulated investment services and does not solicit investments from the public.

The Ronsisvalle Heritage is a London-based philanthropic initiative founded by Umberto Ronsisvalle. It supports the education of young people, digital skills, cultural heritage and hospitality training.

He lives in Milan and also works in Paris and London. Italy and France are the main investment markets. London is the base for philanthropy and finance.

«50 Minutes» is Umberto Ronsisvalle’s autobiographical book. It is a private edition, not for sale, which he gives personally to the people he works with.
